Volley, Calculated strike, and Lethal Strike

Can Volley, calculated strike and Lethal Strike work together to give you (when maxed out) +656% damage in quick succession?

I don't know if volley would work with lethal strike but I know that Calc stike will not work with lethal strike. You have to actually use CS as your attack and same for LS. So you couldn't use both of them at the same time.

volly triggers with primary attack skills ie it triggers when you use CS, never when you use LS
