Attributes for Elementalist

Just starting an elementalist and was looking for suggestions on what to drop my attribute points into?

Intelligence for damage and mana reg.? Mana for enough mana? Dex will be enough from masteries if not put some points if nessesary..some life will be probably needed when on Legendary, so..
