it depens on ure kind of char u wanna make

defense is for having a real warrior (called conqueror)

u can also put earth to have more damage and being more agresive (but u waste points in nenergy and int)

u can be a chaman using nature of second maestry u will be able to heal u (but u will waste int points also)

u can use rogue to implement more damage . Good combination to be a dual wielder without shield and have more atributtes from str and dxt.

Thane and spellbreaker can be nice builds as well.

Thane if you want to go with elemental damage, spellbreaker if you want to go with vitality damage (works well with the extra bleeddamage in the warfare tree since the new patch) and leeching.

Why dont you just read the forum when this question has been answer the other 493 times it had been asked for each mastery? There are tons of builds out there. If you dont want to find out by trail an error go ahead and read a couple of them. You can probably guess what skills you will want to use. Play with TitanCalc by stonedonkey - A Titan Quest Calculator (http://www.titancalc.com) to give you a game plan on where you are going to put your skill points.

Good second masteries are:

Defense
Spirit
Earth
Nature
Rogue
Hunting
Storm

Each one has its positives and negatives in synergy. The most common choice is probably Defense due to its simple bonuses from adrenaline, concussion blow, armour handling, battle awareness and rally.

Probably one of my favorite posts.
