haven't tried multiplayer yet and delays can be caused by different things

Are you the client or the host?
If you're the client, and you're seeing lag spikes it is likely due to either your internet connection or the hosts internet connection. If you're playing a multiplayer game it is best to let the person with the best computer/connection be the host of the game.

i could but i don't know the full details of your computer and possible internet issues. even if i did i can't exactly replicate your problems/causes
and having a saved game fubar'ed after the game crashes sucks :(

Ok, but i'm playing not in the Internet and my PC is the host. But when you make the host, could you play the game without laggs? It makes no difference, if there are 2 people palying or more, the host AND the client have the laggs! Therefore i will be very pleased with you, when you could test it.
You will realise it, when you fight a monster, but it die's 15 seconds later!
Or when you switch the weapon and looks at the dps-screen it will take even more than 10 seconds to refresh the dps-screen.
Please test it by yourself...

In order to test something, more information is needed, Reaper. I'm quite certain IL tested MP configurations for this game on LAN and Internet extensively.
Do you have firewalls and/or active virus scans running on the clients or host?
Alternatively, have you checked for spyware, viruses, or other programs running on your PCs?
Does your computer meet the recommended specs? What configurations do you have?
Are you running a client on the server PC? Is your CPU max'd during play?
The more precise your description of the problem, the more likely somebody will be able to assist you. A plea for software testing is more likely to draw criticism than help.

I've had similar problems, Reaper; I haven't tried hosting yet, but when I've connected to other games lag seemed to range from decent to unplayable. Then again, there are only a handful of servers up right now and many of the server names aren't in english, so the pickings are slim as far as low-ping servers for me to join. Over the next few days I'm sure the server numbers will balloon and we'll be able to find games hosted by (relatively) local players with nice connections so we can all enjoy some sweet 6-player TQ :D

I have solved my problem by myself:
I start the game. Then i go into the task-manager into the process field and search the process "titan quest.exe". Then i choose with the right button the priority and select "low". And now it works on the LAN-Network!!
If anybody else have the same problems, you can PM me ;)

Ahh, I didn't know it was a LAN game you were hosting. In that case, your lag was definitely abnormal. Glad to hear you fixed it :D
