Default Warfare Multiclass Advice

First of all, if i'm posting in the wrong place please forgive me

With that outta the way, i got TQ back when it came out (whenever that was...i forgot if it was 2007 or 2006) and started out playing a Warfare/Earth build (if my mind serves me right) and had an OK gameplay experience, however i couldn't get past one of the last bosses (or was it the last boss himself? *shrugs*) and thus i gave up eventually.

Now i recently upgraded my computer and have begun TQ all over again as (yep...you guessed it) a Warfare class (btw i know each mastery and mastery combo has a name, but i'm too lazy to look it up so i'll keep reffering simply to masteries) and i haven't multiclassed yet so i was wondering if anyone could offer some advice for a mastery combo thats easy to play.

I was thinking of Warfare/Defense or Warfare/Storm but am unsure.

Oh...and i don't have the IT expansion yet, but i might get it and start all over again.....but i'm not sure.

Thanks!

I would highly recommend getting IT

You really can't go wrong with Defense. Another really good one is Spirit, deathchill enables you to use %dmg to health weapons on everything including undead.

You also don't have to start all over again if you get IT. You can import your characters. You could also use Dream as it is a good mastery to go with Warfare

For new(ish!) players I certainly suggest Warfare + Dream (= Harbinger). As mentioned before, it's a class that's pretty damn hard to screw up. I find its gear dependency is low, especially compared to a Juggernaut (Warfare + Earth) and Thane (Warfare + Storm).

I never tried a Spellbinder yet, but I hear many good things about it!

If you don't plan on installing Immortal Throne, and thus Dream is not an option for you, go with Warfare and Defense (= Conquerer). It's fairly easy to chop through to the end of Legendary with a Conquerer, and it's very good farming class to boot! Of course this means you'll be able to better deck out your new characters, and help those oddball, off-the-hook type classes through TitanQuest easier.

I leveled to 8 earlier and went with Warfare/Defense...pretty stable so far.

I've decided to hold off on the IT expansion, i really don't feel like shelling out $20 for another copy of TQ and the IT expansion...my only option over here is the TQ Gold pack. The price is not bad......but meh..

Juggernaut is Earth+Defense, and Spellbinder is Spirit+Defense

I'm not surprised. A Conqueror is an awesome beginning class. Heck, even a veteran class.

Go for the Gold. It also comes with the soundtrack. I often listen to "Scorched Earth".

You're welcome, but just remember that the soundtrack is for the Original TQ, and doesn't cover any songs from IT.
