Sagaris Tartarus is pretty much the only decent Legendary Axe.

Phonoi (dropped by Machae in act 4) and Myrmidon's Sting (dropped by Myrmidons in act 4) are quite decent axes. Both have 1 in 250 chances to drop.

That axe got its butt kicked in DPS by The Last Emperor because of the pierce chance and the Pierce bonus given to me by Art of the Hunt.

Heh, well I took all my points out of weapon training right when I got The Last Emperor, pretty nice weapon!

No luck in finding Blood of Ares formula yet
