How do i activate the War Wind skill?

hallo Masters, I made it up to level 7 at war wind ability and still can't understand how i use it? what button i need to press? these monsters killing me please help.

Assign it to a skill-slot, like 1 for example, then press the corresponding number on your keyboard and click an enemy.
