Newbie seeks help

Hi,

I've just reached the expansion on my character. (Just bought the game several weeks ago) and i'm getting my butt kicked. I had to use potions before in the game and that's fine but this is just such a leap between game difficuilty that either my gear or my spec cannot compete with.


This is my spec, purely based on gut feeling what would be good and what not:

As you can see I'm lvl 34 and I have no secondary mastery (I picked the warfare/nature one because it wouldn't let me select just a Warfare one). I dont see any post describing a fully maxed out Warfare character so I guess that's a bad idea?

my stats:
2432 hp
423 strenght
206 dex

Offensive: 401
Defensive: 237

Attackspd: 127% (using a mace and an axe)

ps: i found a good bow so it might be an idea to respec and get some points in the archer/hunting mastery?
pps: I seem to be having most trouble with casters

there is much to do for u..

i am not good at TQ but i know the basics so i help u as good as i can.

First, u can't respec in TQ. so u stick now with warfare and nature, and i strongly suggest that u get some points of from your warfare talents and put them to wolfs and nature mastery...

get mastery up to the point where u get heart of oak, and max it. Also get the wolfs to lvl 7 so u get 2 wolfs..

Since you're warfare have you maxed the onslaught tree without ignore pain and hamstring?
Then max the dual wield tree and get heart of oak + wolves

@ dacken : Your build is fine,Doing Warrior first is not a bad idea I also do that when I build a Spellbreaker & Slayer.If Casters are your problem I assume Draconians,Try killing them first using Warwind for surprise attack,then Stun them using War Horn then wack them.Having Stun Resistance will make your way easier.

Thanks for replying. I see that War Horn really works at max level. I'm lvl 40 almost now and i dont have any problems anymore. Found a cool mace aswel.

Now that I am finding more and more gear for the melee classes, I am starting to enjoy them a little more.. There is still that problem of chasing down those single archers to dont want do group together so I can squish them at the same time. How inconsiderate of them. sheesh.

hehe yeah. Especially the poison shooting ones can be quite annoying and hit hard aswel. So i tend to charge at them first. :P
