Homados does indeed do that. It is particularly great on my Bow Brigand as I don't have to find a fast bow or relic bonus I have to find the extra damage ones

That's what I originally used mine for. But then for kicked I wanted to see how much of a difference it would make with the melee toons, so I 'borrowed' it for the Spellbreaker I am working on atm, and damn, what a difference. DPS is climbing through the roof, and so far at level 33, no real gear except greenies.
