if i remember right so every harbringer wud have more than 106 INT when all quests are done... ?

Stygian Lurker, Hades' Generals, and Lampido's Potion (possibly) are bugged and don't update your character correctly after restart.

what do you mean TR doesn't work on boss? electrical burn damage? or the freezing?

I believe he means the petrify effect. Bosses are immune to it to my knowledge. The electrical burn will work just as it normally would against any enemies.

Does it help to put stat points into health then in this build since main strenghts are STR and HP

As a general rule it's easier to get larger bonuses to your health by items than it is str.

But that hasn't stoped me from dumping some points in it.

1) Where should my attributes go ? I have a lvl 33

2) I had my distort reality maxed, but then I saw in your build you only had 1 point in it and 12 in templor rift. So I switched them around. In the skill tree it says I have 700+ dmg , but when I use the skill it seems to only do the lvl 1 DR dmg. Whats the deal with that ? Why dosent It say 700+ dmg since I maxed its synergy ?

1) 1:1 to str&dex

2)Don't know, bug or something, It still adds damage to your Distort Reality so no problem.
