Default this one could be cool

... but , how much time do you want to spend drinking your spent enemies Blood ,

X amount of blood drunk increase's Mana/Health ?

for Pets, Draculas Brides(Van Helsing ) , which could be made rather easily from Empusa models ?

what do you think ?

altho being a Vampryric , you would be fighting with the demon hordes most likely !!

I'm playing a melee Kanian (well might change later) Experimentalist...

Got some good drops and the way of kane is pretty powerful...

Way of Kane 9 pts very powerful adds a lot of potential damage 1 pt in 1st synergy so far I don't notice the ADCtH (yet) the %resist to piercing isn't giving pierce resist instead it is adding a percentage to existing...eg 20% pierce resist from kanian to your existing 10% pierce res gives 12%....it gives nothing if you have no pierce resist!

Vampiric Feast 4 pts main 2 pts synergy rocks the house as RMB against non-undead good bosskiller early on

Bat 1pt in it pretty good sometimes dies but a good distraction

Alchemy is a good synergy with kanian vampire. I might switch later on as nosferatu could be good with bombs and act energy costs but actually the auras of alchemy are good for melee (radial debuffs)

Injection does steady damage at even 1 pt...not sure if its viable later on but good early and maybe worth 1 pt +skills

Illusions is really good. Unpredictable but there were times I should have died that I didn't. (by the way vampire has health cost/sec and low health so I have died much more than with the original TQ IT)

Now I need one level up and I expect to be quite powerful with panacea and metamorphosis as a combo. That will almost replace blue and red pots and allow me to feast/stack more auras/make gold.

This combination is insane! Thanks Pink Frog I'm having a blast. ich bin froh

Edit: I have 24 points in alchemy and 10 in Vampirism...Vampirism only gets 5 health per mastery pt I think so since I only have 1000 health (maybe 3000 less than a guardian at this level) I think it is a little problem..Also the Alchemy energy resists and piercing resists are great but you get almost the whole show for 1 pt and very little for more points...But thats kind of the nature of the epic/leg -resists is that each little pt is valuable for those skills...but still I don't know if stoneskin is worth it to gain only 2% elemental for a pt and then have some reflection which is antisynergistic with illusions. But I think I can survive for another 10 levels at least and I still have more damage possibilities. I may have to buy health pts but I gots to plan for gear with abilities too!

No, but they should be. Vampires are demons who inhabit the bodies of people who were bitten by other vampires and died. I mean, they are not true demons sice they live in a person's corpse, but they are not truly undeads because it is not the human's soul that brings new life to his body.
They are neither meat nor fish.

AHA! Little mythology nerding never hurt anyone

hmm, ive never heard that vampire myth. what country/time period is it from?

everything ive ever read on vampires suggests that vampires are still the same person as they were in life, but with the attributes of vampires. they dont start off evil, unless they already were....but over the ages they tend to lose their humanity because of the nature of feeding on humans.

You can find vampires all over the world. Chezc Mjertovjecs (noseless knight vampires), Chinese Kiang Shis, Greek Empusas (oh yeah, empusae are vampires and not just demons; a good example of greek femme fatale demons are succubi, but I won't mention them no more), everywhere! The most popular version of these posessed undeads is the Nosferatu version: polite, living in haunted but confy castles, untill they get berzerk and suck your blood. According to the Medieval church, Satan's vampires are completely the opposite of God's saints.
We imagine vampires because we're afraid of death, and we needed to aton this fear to someone: the vamps.

And those three ladies in the castle in Van Helsing might be Empusae.

I think that's pretty much the Joss Whedon, Buffy take on vampires :P
Unsure of he has a source for that mythology or not.

i believe he was just lumping all creatures that are similar to vampires together. for example i definately would not consider the empusa a vamp. they are demons who drain energy, not blood. similar, but ultimately not the same. the chiang shi were souls who were trapped in their body after death, and became monsters with uncontrollable desires (tearing people to shreds, rape, etc).

Yet, empusi are demons who suck life away from a person, right? Affiliated with death, right? That could make them vampires.

And one of kiang shi's desires were poppy seeds. You could even bring them to their grave if you had poppy seeds.
