no clue as to value on items
but that item is pretty fricken sweet imo very nice find what merchant was it again? .. j/k I check merchants regularly whenever i end up at them to sell, just a habit for rings and necklaces anyways ..

it depends....different people and different classes regard the values of gear differently...(ok sorry for using different 3 times.) For my level 51 warden, I don't pay too much attention to +skills....but for my Avenger right now, oh my god it's just sweet to have plus skills items. My scatter shot has like 10 fragments man!!!

This would probably be ideal for a ternion sorc, but I don't think the skills will make up the difference that 50% elemental damage amy would give. Though a good relic would make it a fairly nice amulet.
if you are interested in trading it PM and we can probably work something out. I'm not sure if I'll even end up using it or not but it might be fun to toy with a little at the very least. And I have a herakles bow if you want or even better I have a collossal bow of Annihilation that hasn't had a relic put into it yet. Someone offered a trade for it like two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them since so it's going back up on the block. I'm an Avenger, and I've begun to really dig it for my DPS kit. So thanks for the offer hostage, but I've no interest.
I dropped a relic in it to add a bunch of Energy to replace what the +2 skills eats up.
