anulling amulets

Hey don't flame me if this is a stupid question

Are annulling amulets rare? +15% Resist all

I've found like 4 of em and I just think that since they're so useful they might be rare.

By themselves they are not particularly rare or extremely helpful. however if you can find them with additional mods they can be fairly effective.

For example I found one that was +15% resist all/+22% total speed. While it's not the best amulet out there it certainly has some great effects for any character type and you can still slap a relic into it to make it even better.
