Legendary Staffs, which one is the best?

I've got 3 Legendary staffs and I was wondering which staff I should use as a Spirit mastery, mainly using Ternion Attack.

My equipment is Lightining based.

I really have no idea which of these staffs to use and any help would be really appricated,

Find a green staff with the following properties:

XXX-XXX damage to the element you use
+30% damage to the element you use
+35% speed (good luck finding one with this AND damage, just damage is good enough though)

Then add a damage/speed relic to it. It will be superior to all the staves you listed by a long shot even without the damage/speed modifiers on the staff pre-relic.

It's impossible to say which staff is best for you. The top 2 use lightning as a base, are you an oracle using lightning, or some sort of earth class using fire?

Staves with a chance to proc any 3 of the elements are usually the worst for ternion builds because you really need a staff that's going to proc the element you're spec'd in.

If you're spec'd in lightning and the staff procs fire or cold your damage output is going to be terrible.

I'd use the second one, Caduceus. Good damage, better speed than your average staff, lots of resists plus a good health bonus. The resists are what make it for me, gotta stay alive to kill stuff.

I cant answer your question when it comes to comparing your 3 staffs, but I do know what I think is one of the best legendary staffs for ternion: Fingerbone of boreas! Why? it has -40 resistance for 3 seconds and that is a HUUUUUGEEE bonus. Believe me.. I noticed insane difference on legendary Typhon 8)

With fingerbones -resistance + plague I kill legendary Talos and Typhon (just as an example) in about 8 secs.

Greens get higher dps on paper but the -40 resistance can not be compared imo. It is the best 8)

My oracle uses a green staff: glacial vade mecum of rime(socketed with achiles with the attack speed completion bonus). He is in mostly green gear(all socketed), except for aphrodite's favor, 1 achilles ring and archmage clasp. With the liche out, he takes down legendary typhon in 5 seconds or less. It is overkill, but as many have pointed out here, the right green staff will beat out any legendary one(including finger of boreas) for a ternior spammer.

As a Summoner I want 2 staffs: 1 for damage and 1 to boost my summons/resists. A green staff is used for the damage and a yet to find purple for the summons.
