+20% dmg +11% str shield, cyclopean shield green req lv 18 , items that increase normal non elemental dmg are rare right?

That's pretty crazy for a level 18 shield. Should be better then some epics.

no, not rare. Uncommon at best.

There is a 40% dmg shield that I have picked up a couple times.

Ya, I've seen a few of these at this point too. I kept one for a while but haven't found a use for it and have seen several since so I ended up just selling it.

herculean shield of wind would give 40% dmg and like 15% attack speed.
