If you are a caster and use massive amounts of energy you may want to look into picking up a couple Onager Axes . My warfare/nature uses them as an alternate set of weapons and they almost instantly recharge his mana. They have +22.0 Health regen and +22.0 Energy regen.

Using two of them gives you a total of +44 health and +44 energy regen, plus you more than likely have at least 100% regen which will double that to +88 regen for both health and energy(likely you have more than 100% but not everyone does). My warfare guy ends up with about +100.00 health/energy regen when using them, not quite as effective as potions but pretty darn close lol.
