Loot tables question

Helo fellow players. I started playing TQ couple weeks ago. Game is really great and all but i have one question. Do specific parts of armor sets and weapons drop randomly or should i farm specific bosses/locations?

If you are farming for epic(blues) or legendary(purples) items then bosses are your best bet. Good luck.

There are some weapons, armor pieces and sets that only drop in certain act.

So far im currently level 21 Harbinger. Im looking for good armor pieces for my level, Currently i have 2 epic weapons but rest of my gear is lacking.

Whenever I came upon a boss that I had difficulty with, I went back and farmed for a while. It gave me a chance to find better armor and weapons and also for the experience to level up. Go farm for a while and collect some better gear.
