If you put Ankh of Isis into it, health regeneration is at 0.0 instead of -19.0, so then you may use it playing (I usualy play whole epic with a sacrificial amulet).

Otherwise it's not very strong, as it may go up to +46% increased experience, my best is +44%, and they are not that rare as well.

If you think you can't handle the reduce of health, just put in in your inventory and use it when talking to the NPCs giving the quest-bonus to you (and maybe, but that's bug-using, when clicking on your tombstone).

most of the merchants can have it. I think u have a better chance at the merchants in the later acts since they sell better stuff. But i got one for trade too:

Maybe, but nearly everyone has a few of them for trade (I've got more than a dozen of them).

BTW: you are not using the perfect relice with it, should by Ankh of Isis, because with it you don't have negative Health Regeneration.

Maybe your char already has some health reg of 19 or more, otherwise you will for sure, the impact of the talisman on your health reg is -19 if used without Ankh of Isis, but if you use Ankh of Isis in any jewelry, your total health reg will not go below 0.
