Need some help

I am currently a level 36 seer running through act 4 normal and my gear is getting really outdated really fast. The drop rates so far from bosses so far have sucked and I am still using some pieces I found in act 1 and 2.

I do have tons of blues on TQ Vault that aren't good for my class though such as:
Brigand's Axe
Life Bane
Marduk's Rage
Patroclus' Shortblade
Pious Sash
Robe of Elemental Fury
Oracle's Vestment
Persian Greaves
Mantis Stride
Obsidian Helm
Blood Letter
Shadowsting
Shield of Anguish
Heartpierce
Teslos
The Eviscerator


Along with some other greens that I thought were pretty good. Can anyone give me some comparative values on these things? And I have been reading around and people have been saying TQ Vault only trades on the trade forum and I was wondering how do you trade using the program?
