It's hard to tell money-wise. I can generally estimate items based on trader values. But I have never seen anything like that in a trader. If you need money for something, I would ask a least 3 million for that. (money is easy to come by, and that is not as much as it may sounds) Otherwise trade it for items you -do- need. That would be better in my opinion, as money doesn't get you much, other than the occasional good item from a trader, and the ability to reskill as much as you like.
