It's decent for a low lvl char. But using good weapons with a good set of charms/runes would probably result in better damage.

I use a Rouge/Hunter that is lvl11 now and her base damage is slightly lower than on that bow, but with all the additional mods on it I do more damage.

I dunno about that. But a yellow with a good relic would certainly be a decent bow. I was just looking at bows today and found a couple that I would be interested in ...

Look up the stats for those bows, each have benefits in a specific area that make them ideal for my build . I was really thinking that I would like one with some good poisons and poison mods(along with good physical damage) and build up some very very high synergy between my hunter/rogue skills and items.

Just to give you some idea of why I would be interested in a good poison bow you may want to take a look at the "Venom Heart" rings .
