Just uploaded a new build, minor changes. Hey, it's only been half a year! Sorry, bad joke...probably the longest since I've done an update ever for the Defiler, I'll have more this weekend.

Please make sure you have this latest build so that any problems that arise either with the setup or the program can be addressed.

EDIT: New build posted again @ 11:30AM, minor changes. Mod engine has been modified to support mods with multiple modified address better, only one call is now needed and if something goes wrong the entire mod is automatically unapplied.

i checked both versions and the program didn't say that new versions were available. net is 1.00 and old 1 is 3.4.2, so what new build is availab.e?

There won't be anything higher than 3.4.2, except for what's on my machine....the Defiler.NET is a BETA more or less (preview build), so it's basically going to always be 1.0.0, I may change this but for now you can tell by the upload date on the 'About' tab. I'll probably put a time and date on the main tab as well to make it easier to tell when it was updated (you'll be able to see what version you have compared to the recent news that way).

I'd wait a little while, I'm adding more mods right now and making some changes to the mod engine, then I'll reupload with a time/date labeled clearly on the main tab.

Defiler.NET 4:45PM 8-02-08

New build, mostly the same with a few more mods added. It's mostly just a race to get mods added at this point, it's very time consuming as the way it was originally done was a bit odd in the first place and took time to convert it to that format, now I need to convert it back...lol. Makes more sense and will make things easier, just takes time. Also have to make sure the new mod engine can handle any of the mods thrown at it, which so far works perfect (and it's ALOT faster and more robust), it will be nice once the old mods are added as I'll be able to add the user-made section pretty fast I hope, allowing users to add or update mods on their own with relative ease.

At this point all of Bman's (for IT) and almost all of the others for Immortal Throne are done, the toughest ones (ones with wildcards like multipliers for unique chance) are all in and working so the rest should be a flash to get added.

Whenever I enter the "Mods By" section I get these errors:

"GetByte() Error!

6: Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow."

"GetInteger() Error!

5: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream."

Strange....I don't get any errors, are there any mods that you have active? If there's not too many it might help to list them.

No mods active but I do have the fan-patch and the randomization fix installed.

Oohhh, yeah, that probably has something to do with it then...I haven't touched that patch yet. I gotta get all of the TQ mods added first, then maybe consider updating mods for that fan patch after that, not sure I want to before I finish everything else though.

EDIT: If someone who doesn't have the fan patch can confirm no errors and someone WITH the fan patch can confirm the same errors I'd appreciate it.

Luedtke6788 is working on making everything with the fan-patch work properly with the Defiler. Maybe you two should coordinate your efforts...
