The chart at the bottom is compiled with NPD sales data. TQ:IT was the #6 best-seller in the U.S. from March 4-10, 2007, according to their figures.

IMO it's actually #4 as WoW monthly sales include the monthly subscription price into the rankings.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I actually think the monthly subscription fees for MMORPG's are not included. Only the game sales. I don't even think the chart includes downloaded games, strictly store sales. Not saying all this is a FACT, but I am pretty sure that is what I read.

They are on a lot of monthly sales charts. Without those monthly fees WoW still probably beat TQ but you never know unless the exact criteria is available. The note at the bottom says "units sold" so I would assume they did not include them but who's idea of a "unit" are we talking about?

I personally don't think subscription fees should be included as they make the numbers seriously inaccurate.
