Anyone in the US able to buy TQ from a Retail Store

Welp I guess this is the usual deal when it comes to buying computer games on the day after the release date ......my experience is it just ain't happening.
I preordered my TQ from GameStop and here it is the 27th, the day after the release date and NO TQ.........This seems to be my experience with every game I have purchased over the past six months. After I found this out called every store in town, EBGAmes,Best Buy,WallMart,and Circuit City and none have the game. Although they guy at Best Buy said they had it and put it out on the shelf and then the boss made them remove it saying there was "something wrong with them." I wonder now what is going on with the release and distribution of Titan quest....I am quite sad ..after being on such kool high in anticipation of a great game as this is going to be. :

Your local Best Buy will have it, give them a call.

edit: Try another one? Talk to the manager personally?

Or, perhaps, order it through BestBuy.com and specify in-store pickup. That's what I did, and they didn't have the game on the floor, but they gave me one when I showed up having bought it online.

I preorder my Games from GameStop mostly because it's very convenient
for me as I work in the Mall where their store is located but it just erks me when they tell me they will have a game on a specific day and it seems to never come to pass.

I live in Mnpls/St.paul MN and NO BODY has it here.....I had it prepaid at Gamespot....but got my money back....will wait now to ever by this game,If ever.....the more reviews I read the more this sounds like a budget title anyways.I wish the developers would at least respond to all the Tech problems for people that even GOT the game....but now they are MUM.Oh well they almost got my 49.99 I now will wait till its 19.99,which by the sounds of it will be next week!

I live in Nevada and BestBuy has about 8 copies which arrived today. Wal-Mart, EB and Gamespot all said it's in transit.

Got mine from my local EB in Ohio here. But they sold out today as well. They had 15 preorders that came in yesterday, and an additional 5 copies that came in today, all 20 gone. Go-go, Titan Quest (going by what the clerk told me).

Don't believe the hype, or the anti-hype backlash, or think that tech problems are as severe as some represent, or that there aren't any, or anything you read on the internet, or this post.

Seriously though, this is no budget title, that I can say for certain. The detail in Titan Quest is nothing short of impressive. The look and style is magnificently crafted. If you like hack and slash, you'll like it. I personally have had zero technical problems so far. Is it Diablo 3? Nope. Not even Diablo 3 (if it ever happened) would be Diablo 3. Titan Quest is fun. I'm digging it. I recommend it.

This forum is truthfully another reason I decided to buy the game. People here love action RPG, and want to play co-op legit. Finding a group to play legit co-op in D2 was nearly impossible for me. That isn't going to be a problem for TQ...
