If you have skinned your database with my TQMM tool, you can simply revert to the old stuff. There is a male and female pack on my site and all other mods, that change stuff have the ability to restore the original data.

On a side note, just wondering: wouldn't this thread be better in the Technical Corner forum? I mean, people who have troubles patching usually don't go to Modifications and the Editor to look for answer but rather to Tech Corner

Moving it there for now, might move it back if people think it'd be better in Modifications and Editor

Yeah I could do that, and no...there are more files than just the game.dll that is changed.

Just a word of warning, but that does not always work.
I did the reversion process for each of the skins I used, and still could not update due to problems with creatures.arc.

Well, if changing the textures back doesn't produce exactly the same creatures.arc as a fresh installation (due to stuff like timestamps, unused areas filled with random leftovers and the like) there's a high chance of the patcher not liking the file...
