Hi,
everytime i try to install Immortal throne After i put in my code and it starts to install about 1 block and it gives me this error: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library" "Runtime error!" "Program: C: DOCUME~1\USER\LOCALS~1\Temp\set21.tmp" "Abnormal program termination" I get this EVERY time i try to install. The "\set21.tmp" Sometimes changes to either \setxx.tmp" or "\setED.tmp" This is a digital version of the game. Any insight would be helpful. ~Justi |

Justified, I looked it up, and this is what I get:
The error is so common that it is impossible to be sure what the problem is. Common solutions are to re-install the program, re-boot your computer, update your drivers, and update and run your anti-malware programs. One site insists that if you buy their registry cleaner, it will usually cure the problem. I should point out that running a registry cleaner might make it necessary to reformat your computer. I have successfully used RadarSync2008, a free program that scans your computer for outdated drivers and then gives you the links for the most current drivers. Using that program won't hurt, and at least you'll have the newest drivers. For specific programs, you have to add or delete certain files, but I cannot find a listing for TQIT. |

Okay, thanks for that i'll give it a try in the morning. Thanks again.
EDIT: I Updated all the drivers and then tried to reinstall and it got halfway before is said (Problem with Installshield) so it stopped. Should i uninstall TQ then reinstall and try again? Last edited by Justified : 10-22-2008 at 12:19 PM. |

Justified, we were glad to help (as it were). For the record's sake, so we can help others in the future, what was the name of your anti-malware program?
