Black Screen, only music and pointer

Hey,

I've just installed IT and every time I start it I have to watch every intro - I cannot skip them, no esc space etc works... Then when the still image of the girl fades and the music starts up i can see nothing but the pointer. I've already played IT on this comp and then everything was OK, so the i meet the sys req, even the drivers are the same - its not hardware problem.

What do you thinnk I sholud do?

Try reinstalling all your drivers (graphics and sound) as it sounds like one may of been corrupted to me, other than that reinstall game.

thx but ive solved it already. i had to reinstall the game, i had had my tq patched to 1.3 and i installed it then. i think it was the prob.
