I recently upgraded to a HD 3650 512 MB DDR2(my computer is low profile and its the best ive seen other than the 9600 Gt but i dont have the psu for it...)
Since titan quest used to be barely playable with my old 6150le(i beat the game with it tho D ![]() I tell ya i can play it on everything high, and it looks like a totally new game, but the game rubber bands alot and there are tons of lag spikes in the game that happens alot, and my gpu goes from 99% to like 40-50%...its really annoying. but my FPS hovers from 35FPS to like 19 and stays in the 20s...this is really annoying. i can play bioshock and AOE3 with NO lag what so ever on high.. why is this. PC stats Hd3650 512 mb 900/1000 2 Gigabytes of ram, 667 MHZ AMD Athlon 3400+ 2.0 ghz It might be my processor? Any help please, i get rubber band type spikes when its on all low too.. |

Right here: http://www.tqitfanpatch.com/
If you look in the older sections of this forum (up in the stickies) you can read about all the problems with rubber banding and all sorts of horrors. As soon as I installed IT, I installed the fan patch and I have had few problems as described in these threads. It makes the game, if not perfect, but playable. I would suggest reading over all the stuff fixed in the FAQ in the patch information section. The guys responsible have done a whole lot of work on this thing. They deserve a big thank you from all of us. Regards, bginer Last edited by bginer : 09-20-2008 at 04:15 PM. Reason: For clarity. |
