I need help about Artifact Creating

Hi, i need help and i think u can help me. i am new in titan quest and so i dont now much. so i can ask you about creating artifact. i loot all of req. of formula and put them on their slots. when i click on the creat button then click yes the game is closing. where made i mistake. if i have any mistake sorry for bad english. thank you. here is the picture. its helps you more then my english. =)

if the game is closing , it is maybe because you are using TQ defiler , several options in the MOd section of defiler cause TQ to crash when creating an Artifact , try turning any mods off.

I didnt use TQ Defiler on this char and in this game files but i ll resetup my game. Thx for help.
