Weird Cave/stairs entrances glitch

Hey, first time poster here so here goes,
Lately i've been getting lots of weird glitches involving cave entrances and stairs, sometimes the cave entrance is completely black, showing no inside of the cave and making it very hard to get inside, and when I do get inside the see through like thing the game does bugs out and cuts half the screen out until I move further into the cave.

And then theres the stairs problem which I get, which also the same problem as trying to enter a cave, except this is when leaving a set of stairs, and is sometimes no problem at all, but then as I move further away from the exit of the stairs, a wall appears there, and as I move about i've managed to see one of the coffin chest thingies (can't think of the name atm) and it's really annoying.

Atm I don't have a picture of the stairs bug, i'll grab one when it next happens. Here is the cave bug however.






If it helps, it only begun starting when I first entered the IT content and only happened occasionally, but as soon as I began Epic difficulty **** hit the fan. Alt tabbing out and in can sometimes make the bug better or a heck of a lot worse.

I've tried reinstalling both TQ and TQIT, lower all settings to the worst, but with no change to the bugs I get.

Anyone able to shed some light on the bugs I get? Would love to play this game without them D:

How did you get the camera to zoom out at that distance? I would almost assume that that's causing the problem with the transparent cave thing... if that's the case, try zooming in when entering caves.

I had the black cave entrance (and black stairs) back when I still had a integrated videocard, putting in a new card solved that problem pretty much.

I'm using the IT camera mod to zoom out that far, and I just tried what you suggest but it only makes it worse. And as for the the black cave and stairs part, my graphics card isn't integrated, its a nvidia GeForce 8800 GS if that helps.
