Fatal Error: Couldn't initialize graphics engine. (Dont have integrated)

Well I just bought Titan Quest: Immortal throne, and I can't run it due to this error.

"Fatal Error: Couldn't initialize graphics engine."

I searched and searched, but it looks like everyone else with this problem has integrated graphics. In those threads, people recommended some things, which I did.

Ive:
-Updated Drivers
-Reinstalled DirectX
-Uninstalled and reinstalled the normal game and expansion several times to no effect

I also tried running the program in compatibility mode and as an administrator, with no effect.

System Specs:

Nvidia 8800 GTS
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0 Ghz
4gb ram
Vista 32 bit

Can you post a dxdiag report please?

Also make sure your monitor is actually plugged into the 8800 and not the onboard video.

Sure. The full file was too big to post, so I cut most of it out. If you need more let me know which parts. And it is definitely plugged into the Video Card.
