Patch Update failura a.k.a. Version Mismatch

Hello,I'm having a (larger) bit of a problem here,I can't seem to update my game.I tried both ingame UPDATE and downloading patches.It says my version is 1.01 (at the bottom right corner in the main menu),but when I try to patch it it says the current version is UNKNOWN.
I have tried reinstalling.
Please Help!

i would uninstall and try installing again , then find the latest patch online , and take it from there ,

vice versa bite the bullet and buy IT , it will automatically update to version 1.30

and you get more awesome game content .

Are you using a crack .exe?Sometimes you have to restore the original before applying a new patch.
