You can delete/rename the video files from Titan Quest\Videos

Most likely it won't solve the problem though..

Do you have the latest drivers for that 9600? How are your voltages? Do other games work fine?

My friend had this problem when he installed TQ.He has a ATI 9550 I think.Anyways,I fixed it by installing the omega drivers.First, uninstall display drivers from add/remove programs.Get driver cleaner and install http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=745 When pc reboots hit F8 and go into safe mode, run driver cleaner for all ATI listed.Restart, install omega drivers http://www.omegadrivers.net/ati.php with fastwrites disabled. Also,go into your BIOS and set fastwrites off.

That worked for my friend BSODS so,hope that solves it.

Well it seems that the game programmers didn't like Ati too much... the omega drivers resolved the problem... thanks everyone ^^
