New game code won't work

I just bought a brand new copy of IT and the game code will not let me install the game, what do I need to do to fix this?
I had a non-legit copy installed before, I un-installed it and installed the new legit copy, but the code will not work, the "Next" button will not activiate.

When you uninstalled the non legit copy did you make sure all the paths that lead to that file were deleted? like the old files in that file?

ya i did, i even deleted the registery files

Is the code for TQ or IT? You might be trying the wrong code on the wrong version. You should need 2, 1 for TQ and 1 for IT. If you try and install TQ with the IT code it won't work.

the code is for IT. I double checked it.

Do you have a legit copy of TQ installed? If you don't that may prevent installation of IT.

Yes, please note that there is a game called Titan Quest that requires its own installation and CD key. Then there's an expansion for that game called Immortal Throne, which requires its own installation and CD key.

If your problem is in that breakdown, then you need to buy Titan Quest the original game in order to install Immortal Throne.
