Quest help!

i was playin online and someone joined that was a few acts ahead of me they completed a quest and i got credit for it, the prooblem is now im caught up to there and i cant talk to the ghost guy thats down the stairs from the portal u take after beating typhon, since hes not there to talk to i also cant open the gate to see medea even after i killed her gaurds. is there any way to fix this or is my char screwed? plz help....

Yes you can, I had the same problem, but fixing it will be hard as you need a partner. First of all you must get someone who isn't caught up to where you are, and then when they talk to the ghost, you will start the quest.

ok so no wim unsure if i talked to that ghost or not i says in the quest lago that i need to seek out the sorcores of the ixian woods. ive done this quest on other chars and with this one on normal and never had a problem am i missing somethin?

would it be worth is to delete the quest files?
i dont know where they r tho if someone could give me the directory to the quest files please?!

backup the folder before deleting anything.
