Working fix for Tower of Judgement entrance stuttering

In multiplayer, the host player should have it.
It doesn't matter whether the others have it or not, the game uses the quest files on the host only, I guess.

Ah this thing was driving me mad! I just got to tower of Judgement for the first time and my hard drive just went NUTS! Could barely walk straight!

I was seriously dreading having to do Tower of Judgement again in Epic becasue of all the lag and stuttering. This fix has to be one of the most useful posts I have found.

I installed it and didn't have one stutter. (I bought IT right when it was first released but haven't gotten around to playing it until 2 weeks ago).

What really pissed me off when this first happened to me in normal is no matter what I did with the settings the problem existed. Since I have a pretty kick *** rig I couldn't quite understand what was going on. (dual core 3.2 gig , 4 gigs of RAM, gtx 8800 768meg, 2 10,000 RPM raptors configured in a striped Raid 0 array).

As soon as I tried the fix all the stuttering was gone. Thanks again to the original author. I doubt he/she still comes around but I feel better saying it
