Huge problem

Hi everyone. I recently purchased Titan Quest but since the installing i had many problems.
First the mouse lag...but by searching on forums i fixed it. Then some game crashes that i fixed by patches...Now after applyng 1.30 patch i see in the menu a white screen...like the attachment above..and i don't know what to do..i updated my graphics card...and now i'm going to update directx.
Help me please i really want to play the game
