Just installed the game again and it's in french

When I first installed the game many months ago it was in english. I just reinstalled it today and now it's in french.

The opening cutscene was english but when I got the menu it was french, I then had to update my game and when I got back into the game the cutscene was french now.

I see the language option in the audio but french is the only option available, how do I get the back to english?
