Titan Quest Gold bug - Invalid CD Keys for multiplayer -FIXED

I also still am receiving the Invalid CD Key error when trying to play Immortal Throne multiplayer as of December 2, 2007. I contacted THQ customer support and have sent the information they requested as of November 28, 2007.

Problem is, THQ support is useless, I've sent about 5 forms now, and every response is exactly the same. They dont even read the support form, they just copy-paste the same response every time, heres proof:

This is my message to them:

My Immortal throne key in Titan Quest Gold Compliation is invalid, I want a working key. I tried reinstalling, and I exchanged it twice already, its not on my side that its invalid, its on your authorization servers.

and Lo and behold, their response is to EXCHANGE IT...

Please try exchanging the game at the place it was purchased from. If you are not able to do so, and you meet the requirements listed in the back of the instruction booklet you may exchange the game with THQ.

To exchange the game with THQ you must have purchased the game new (not used), and if there is no damage the the game disc, you may return it to THQ for an exchange (equal or lesser value).

Entirely useless THQ, the only difference between this email, and the 4 other regurgitated emails, is the person at the bottom is no longer Taj, now its some guy named Pat. I'm glad we are progressing...

We have just identified and fixed another set of keys on the backend. Could you try joining or creating an online game and let me know if it works for you now?

Yep it works now, I can host and join any games without the invalid key message. Thank you for fixing it.

Thanks for keeping on top of this. I bought a few copies of the Gold Edition for friends and family, would hate them to have problems getting online to play when they install it.

As always, thanks for an AMAZING game, hoping to see more Titan Quest in the future from Iron Lore.

Hey, I have a problem with my Gold edition Cd key.

when i attempt to type the CD key when installing IT the "next" button will not activate so i cant click on it.

I am aware of the Canadian version issue but i do not have a Canadian version i bought an Australian version from EB games.

please advise as to what to do.

P.S. i believe i have lost the receipt but i may be able to return it with perseverance and EAGLE EYES!!!

Just bought this game at a Best Buy in Chesapeake, VA and having the same issue, keys not working for IT. Submitted a query to the THQ site. I am not optimistic however. Can't get money back from Best Buy of course, and why bother exchanging it. I'm not going to spend even more money to ship the game back to them and wait months for another probably faulty product, either. Reading various forums and the results others have had, it seems I just got ripped for $21, oh well lesson learned: don't buy any more THQ products. I mean wth, over six months since release and this junk is still floating around out there in major retail outlets without having been recalled?!? Unacceptable.

Just wanted to update that THQ customer svc contacted me and helped me resolve my issue. The French CD key for IT worked. I apologize for my outburst and am now going to go enjoy my game.
