Default New Mastery On Completion

Hello...
I think it would be quite nice to be able to add a third mastery after beating normal, a fourth after epic, and a fifth after legendary (or at least a third and fourth after epic/legendary).
I understand that if you just play the game, you shouldn't be able to maximize 2 masteries before beating legendary, but I'm finding myself, in legendary, wishing that I could try a different mastery, but I really don't want to have to start the game over again in normal just to do so.

4 Masteries you say and the skill points remain the same or they should increase along with the level. Say like as you level up you should get 5 skill points instead of three.
1st mastery - level 2
2nd mastery - level 8

above stated are as they happen in the game.

I would like to go for a third mastery at level 45 or 51. Nice suggestion though but in our dreams.

I wouldn't make the third/fourth/fifth at levels, just when you beat the game (IE...open up the next difficulty level).
To give you an example...
I started out as dual-wield warfare. Then, I added hunting to create a slayer. Now that I'm in legendary, I found that my dual-wield very fast swords isn't nearly as impressive as it was in normal/epic (dps of like 300-400 instead of 1000+ with spear/shield). As such, I've navigated to spear/shield and bow. Unfortunately, I'm finding that, without dual-wielding, the warfare skill is unbalanced for hunting and defense would be a more logical choice.
So, I have three choices...
1: Continue dual-wield and bow (maybe with axes for more damage)
2: Continue spear/shield and miss out on everything that requires sword/axe
3: Start over in normal helos and build a whole new character
It would be much better if I could just use spear/shield and bow and add the defense mastery to my slayer. I'm working my way through the third play of the game and there isn't much advantage over someone that only played once, aside from a higher level.
I guess you could add the ability to sell/trade a mastery (IE...make the left point bar able to sell). If I had defense, then warfare wouldn't be that important, although I really like battle standard and onslaught.
Another option would be to increase the amount of skill points available at the new difficulty level. You could do 3 points per level in normal, 5 points in epic, and 10 points in legendary. That make your character advance very quickly.

Download TQDefiler, you can edit as many masteries as you wish into one character with it...

I guess that's a good point.
I was thinking along the lines of a non-hacked character, but it is doubtful that anyone is going to be updating TQ. Maybe if there is ever to be a TQ2 it would be an available option.

nothing wrong with starting a new one, many people do so. I did quite a few, most of them are stuck in epic however as I like the fast progress of normal during epic that slows down considerably

And make them even more overpowered than they already are. 3 masteries and that many skill points is way too much.

If you could undo your mastery selection and reinvest your skill points in a 3rd mastery, having one char would give you access to all masteries (money isn't an issue anyway). I prefer it the way it is, except that I would like a faster level progression in epic and legendary, after all you are 10 levels short of the maximum by the time you have finished legendary, which means it takes at least another 3 runs to get to 75.

There is plenty of +XP stuff you can wear.

And, thanks but no, two masteries is quite enough for me to think about.

well, i was thinking about this:
one mastery per level... normal - first, epic - second, legendary - third. and stat point normal - 2pts/lvl, epic - 3pts/lvl, legendary - 4pts/lvl... quite good i guess... cause in epic and legendary is quite hard to level due to experience requirement per lvl... that's how i'd do this...

I'm finding that leveling up in legendary is quite fast. I have a +10% experience helmet and a +38% sacrificial necklace. I simply put them on when I talk to a yellow ! and then take them off. You get quite a bit of experience when they are 100000+ points a whack.

Besides - if you'd get more worth for your money at higher difficulty levels, I'd create a game with someone of higher level, get into his party and let him complete the main quests for me so I get as little experience as possible. Than I'd be like lvl 3 on Legendary, and ask someone to help me kill things.. I'll have alot more skill points than I should
