Hey all,
I've got a few suggestions for the game. First of all I'd like the producers to put way more storyline in the game, and especially sidequests which take at least an hour to complete.

These sidequests could be for example when the thebans are fighting against the corinthians, pick a side.

Or for example they could put huge battle grounds in it where you'd have to kill key targets (commanders and chiefs) to win the battle.

I'd also like to do more of those 'Defend the camp from the invaders'-quests, for example you'd have to defend a pass against the macedonian or persians.

Sidequests must always be about mythical people or creatures, for example you could be an argonaut, or a myrmidon or 1 of the 300 spartans who died at Thermopylae.

Another idea of mine is the use of Choice-quests, the concept is that there's one very long quest in which you have to choose a way in several events which eventually determined to which God you belong or which Citystate (Athens or Sparta during the peloponnesian war for example).

For example here's a scenario, your character's best friend Eumaios is dying on the battle ground at the left flank of your army and you want to save him but if you do so, thousands of men on the right flank will die. What is your choice? Save him and you'll get gratitude of Aphrodite, don't sacrifice your troops and you'll earn respect of Athena or Zeus or whatever God that stands for wisdom and power.


Please tell me what you guys think, I'm open for critisism and even more open for more ideas of my concept, please don't come with things that are totally different from what I'm suggesting.

SUMMARY: More Lore, long 'Choice-Sidequests', ONLY Greek Mythology (sorry but I don't care about the other mythologies, bores me, except Norse or Roman), more Greek cities, and most important, you have to become a member of a particular citystate: Sparta, Athens, Corinth, Thebes, Plataea, Elis, Corcyra, Epirus. When you are a member of Sparta for example you can wear red tunics, Athens blue etc.

P.S I do realize that all of the things I suggested in the above are very hard to accomplish and cost money to create, this is just mere speculation.

yeah but then it won't be titan quest. It would become some sort of a cross breed. Like crossing battle field 2 with War of Gods. I am actually amused at the result. Nice thought though. But i agree with you on getting more side quests if that's what you meant to say.
