Switch Weapons? SWITCH ARMOUR!

Well you all know that you can switch wepons so why not switch armour too! This means that you could have two sets of armour for two specific masteries.

For example the Prophet (Storm/Dream): There is nom set for both so why not have Raiment of the Storm With a right click Lightning Bolt and Dreamweavers set with Distort Reality as a right click. This way you could have + skill items for the spell you have active.

Maybe because switching armor, particularly if in the middle of a battle, isn't a real good idea? You can already do this simply by accessing the inventory, although you leave yourself open to a few attacks (as it should be).

I can see sheathing that sword and pulling that bow. Unbuckling one's armor, pulling it off, storing it in your pack, tugging out the other armor, putting it on, buckling it up . . . .

I agree with Psimon. I am totally not expecting to be able to spontaneously strip in mid-combat and put a different outfit on instantly. I mean, I know it's fantasy game and all, but they don't even let you do that in D&D.

Well, I understand the point about realism, hell, I still want that chainmail bikini for my female characters. . I guess there's just a lot of other improvements/additions I'd want to see prior to switching out armor as well as weaponry . . . . . . it's inclusion is certainly not something I'd be stomping feet and pulling out hair over.

Lol I see what you mean about the stripping idea. :P It's just that I wanted both the Dream and the Storm set on my Prophet :P

It could always be on a timer or something like click switch armour and then it takes 5 seconds to change... then it must recharge (time it takes till your guy can be bothered to change again :P)...?
