Missing mythologic monsters.

I made some corrections to your critters; now, next to the name, you can see if they are in the game or, if they were in it, how would they look like:

Stymphalian Birds / Already in the game as crow heroes.

Nemean Lion / Tough skin Lion.

Greek Sphinx / Winged version of a sphinx.

Anteus / Barmanu-like monster that regenerates very slowly.

Charybdis / Angler-fish boss which can summon a tornado.

Scylla / A boss that would look like a brown sphere with dog heads coming out of it and six long-necked female heads.

Siren / Female Ichtians.

Kraken / Land-walking octopus/squid.

Triton / Tiresias with Itchian Legs (why face a god?)

Pyron / He didn't appear in Greek mythology! Pyron is a video game character from the Darkstalkers fighting game series and an alien from the planet Hellstorm!

Argus / An Anteok-like monster with a cyclops head, but with many smaller eyes instead of only one.

Ladon / 9-headed dragon (pretty much like Hydra: eight normal heads and one special one).

Echidna / Female humanoid with serpent legs and fire-breathing ability.


Oh, and they should put Hekatonchires, six-armed giants which could pounce the ground.

Cool thread. I can't believe I haven't checked on here before. Not sure what's the name of this creature, but it would be cool to put in that giant crab who lived together with Hydra.

Also how about that Eagle who was pecking Prometheus' liver? Would be cool to fight him too. Also Griffins, I'd love to challenge them to a fight. Also Apep, a giant serpent in Egyptian mythology, that would be awesome to fight him as most Egypt bosses are incredibly easy.

That crab was called "Carcinos". It is in TQ as Karkinos. Sorry to spoil this info (I know you don't have IT), but there are plenty of more beasts in IT.

Oh, and we should battle Bucentaurs, centaurs with the body like a bull's. In the game, it would be a centaur with the top part of a minotaur.

Believe me, if i'd make a list of mythological creatures and people you could add, I'd be sitting here for a few days.

But I encourage the incorporation of these creatures into TQ greatly so good job!

Just noticed this:

Heracles's Twelve Labours would be enough for an expansion by itself (except the Nimean Lion is already dead), etc.

There's not much left there as many others have been used by the game already. Hydra - legendary difficulty, Erymanthian boar - Boar hero, Orthus - see them all the time in act 1, Cerberus - Yep got him too. That hardly leaves anyone to be honest. But yeah, Atlas and Ladon would be great ones to face.

Has anyone mentioned Pegasus? I don't remember seeing a Pegasus anywhere in the game.
