Zoom level...

I know when I say a certain part of this a lot of people will go, "What a noob!", but I wanna say it anyways. The zoom level almost allows you to go first person, why not let it go that last little bit? Playing this in a World of Warcraft (commence the noob comments) perspective would be great. Yes. I had my bout with WoW addiction and I enjoyed it greatly, but I would love it if there was a WoW single player game... If you could zoom in or at least go over-the-shoulder 3rd person TQ could easily fill that roll. Here's hoping.

I wonder if it would be possible to mod the game to allow you to zoom further...

Camera's still fixed, meaning you'll be running around with no clipping plane or fog and oftentimes, running toward the camera with no idea what you're running towards.

WoW style gameplay requires WASD movement, really. I think you can play WoW with click move but that would suck.

True. I tried the click-movement in WoW and it did suck. Didn't really think about that. Ah well.. someone implement WASD movement too

I know this post is old, but considering Imortal Thone is out and I don't seen anything new related to the camera I thought I'd bump it. Here's a couple of links you might be interested in. The first one works for me on Titan Quest, but not with Imortal Throne installed. I haven't tried the advanced mod.

You get great zoom out/in and way better line of sight (think DungeonSiege) but no rotate.
