Unique items from speacial bosses

Well for those who don't have those uber builds we find the bosses like Hydra, Talos, Manticore, dracolich, very hard, maybe there should be some kind of unique item only from them that only drops like 30% of the time.

talos wasn't that hard but the rest are very difficult! and yes I have to agree but 20% sounds more real.
