Default Idea's for new masteries.

I don't really have them too fleshed out but just some ideas I got while at work today.

Lycanthropy
I was thinking about how much I played a druid in Diablo2 and got to thinking it would be cool if they had some shapechanging powers. Other than there being were-forms in this tree I didn't really think it out much but it's an idea.

Martial Arts
Could have a skill that gives you bonus damage and stuff for fighting bear handed. The skill could scale with level as well as with points invested that way it stays viable over the corse of the characters life. It could also implement stuff like the assassin in D2 with finishing moves and stuff.

Look at my idea's they're more or less stuff that I liked from D2 but I do think they could be viable Masteries. If anyone would like to ellaborate on my idea feel free to. Anyway. There's my mind at work.

We were playing around with ideas and I said in another thread somewhere that moving Nature down next to Dream and having it be high dex like a rogue and low Int would make it more hybrid friendly and also, the Regrowth line and some various other skills sprinkled over the whole game could go into another mage tree based on light and mastery over positive energy. This would allow a skill tree in Nature that allows you to assume the form of a living tree, and wouldn't you know they have just the perfect character model in Immortal Throne for just that.

how about a class that lets you find with little girls' dolls and toys!!
You could have Betsy Wetsy Spray psn acid on some enemies and have an easy-bake heat lamp attack!! and and an army of little china dolls that can litterally be glass cannons! If they get hit they die right away 1hp but they deal tons of dmg! and Barbie dolls doin drive bys and hit-and-runs in her pink Vet and like a jump rope whip for a melee weapon!

How about this, then; a mastery which if you choose it fixes every bug and all of that in the game?
Seriously, isn't there way too much left to do on the already released stuff, to start thinking about adding new stuff?

SHADOW
-Teleport: character poofs into a puff of smoke and reappears where clicked. Radius increases with more points added
-Summon Shadows: like those shadow creature guys, you can summon them to fight for you. Works same as ancestral warriors
-Blindness: Greatly hampers enemies' offense and defence and increases yours
-Fog of War: creates a smoky, shadowy aura around you which drains life and energy from all enemies within and gives you their life and energy
-Negative energy nova: A burst of dark matter form the negative plains of energy bursts out from user draining the life force from all enemies struck.
-Pillar of night: A concentrated beam of negative energy blasts out from caster to enemy. Synergies increase dmg and gives 'chain lightning' effect

WATER

Class names:
Hydromancer (Water)
Atlantis Guard (Defense)
Myrmidon (Warfare)
Marshsinger (Nature)
Swamp Runner (Hunting)
Trickster (Rogue)
Wizard (Earth)
Rainbringer (Storm)
Medium (Spirit)
Scryer (Dream)

Mastery Prospect: The abilities in this mastery could compliment any sort of build. It has a viable tank pet (The Giant Turtle) at 4 points into the mastery, and starts getting knockback/slow as soon as they add the first point. At maximum points in the mastery, a Naiad with Scattershot can be summoned. It only lasts 15 seconds, but the duration is renewed whenever you strike an enemy. So essentially, the Naiad returns to it's spring about 15 seconds after the battle. There are several more abilities adding nice variety to the mastery.

Some thing that could disable skills with malapropisms, stun with inane philosophies, and slay with scathing sarcasm would be great.

A Linguistic mastery!

Sorry, I was up all night playing HOL with my friends, and those were the abilities My character had. Those and a bucketfull of ninja star chickenwings.

Some heavy information: The Freezer is very tricky and fiendish when it has enough energy to use his powers. However, these are very versatile, because the Freezer can or heal himself and allies or rain down mass destruction. He prefers the company of a pet than a person's.
