[Soothsayer] is life drain useless?

My 2nd character in TQ. kinda exciting to play since my 1st char is melee. i've been reading lots about it in here. I also notice i dont quite see people mention the life drain skill on a soothsayer build. is it worth getting it?

my spirit char is only lvl 10 and found that 1 point in life drain and cascade is pretty good at killing early act1 monsters and save healing potion. it may become useless later, but then you can always respec. just try for yourself and see.

Not realy,i find Drain life & cascade realy usefull(only 1 problem doesnt drain life from the lifeless a.k.a. undead mecanical and such)

Necrosis makes them susceptible.

I find it pretty useful, it can take out a whole crowd with cascade if they're all low enough in health saving you time and healing you too.

Apparently maxing out Necrosis, Life Drain, and Cascade is excellent with Dark Covenant. Dark Covenant costs life, Life Drain gets it back.
