I'm not a Soothsayer expert by any means. But, from my experiences with Nature and Spirit in other builds, there are some problem areas apparent in your build:
Outsider and Nymph don't need to be maxed. Neither give great returns for the extra points spent, so just one point in both would be adequate. The Liche King's Arcane Blast is not an effective attack. Most builds avoid this skill altogether. There is not much point in maxing Ternion if you are not going to take Arcane Lore as well. The AoE effect and increased projectile speed from Arcane Lore are what give Ternion its power. I would take Permanence of Stone in the Heart of Oak tree. It doesn't need to be maxed in Normal (or even invested in), but the resists come in very handy in later difficulties. With only one point in the pets' survival skills (Survival Instinct and Wraith Shell), your pets will be very fragile at certain points. Investing more in these skills will help them more than maxed Regrowth imo. I'd rather that the pets required less healing, leaving me free to focus on other micromanagement issues rather than spamming Regrowth. Plague and Deathchill lines are very powerful. Plague especially will help your pets to survive and also to kill faster, while Deathchill helps your survival and allows you to leech life off undeads. As Soothsayer is a very points-intensive build, many would choose to do without one of these skills lines. Doing without both will make your job a lot harder in my view. There are also some one point wonders worth investing in. Spirit Ward and Spirit Bane are handy in undead-heavy areas, Vision of Death can be a lifesaver and so can Death Ward. For just four points total, I'd invest in all of these for situational benefits. |

Irma2 covered most everything, I think. I wouldn't put points in Deathchill unless I was doing a melee oriented Soothsayer build. Also note that Ravages of Time (a Deathchill modifier skill) is bugged and doesn't work correctly, and you would need to use the Unofficial Patch for it to work.
I've been working on a Soothsayer who uses pets and a staff attack (without Ternion Attack), along with buffs and debuffs. This is the build at level 33: Soothsayer level 33 on TitanCalc. All points are put into Spirit Mastery tree before switching over to Nature. From this point, I'm going to build up Plague for a few levels. I also want to go back to the Spirit Mastery tree and max the Liche King's Death Nova at some point. Putting one point in Visions of Death is probably a good idea also. If you are building from scratch, the important thing is to max Summon Liche King and the Wraith Shell modifier as soon as possible. I really haven't had a problem with the LK dying too much. Be sure to right-click on it's portrait after you summon it and set to aggressive. Anyway, the discussion for this build is in the Skills forum at http://www.titanquest.net/forums/ski...ng-advice.html
