[Spellbreaker]Necrosis skill not showing up?

Ok, I'm probably doing something wrong here as this is my first character, and it's probably some noob mistake and if it is I'm sorry. But I just hit level 23 with my spellbreaker and put my first point into necrosis. But when I try to access it for my quickbar, it just doesn't show up. No matter where I go or what I do, it's like the skill just doesn't exist for me and I can't use it. I've tried everything. Any ideas what is going on?

Sorry again if it's something stupid/simple. I'm a noob .

its a skill connected to the deathchill aura, so when you turn DA on, the necrosis becomes active too

Ahh, ok thanks. I knew it would be something like that, I was just confused because Ravages of Time was activated seperately. Thank you!
