Question about Oracle

So, I have started a new char yesterday and its Oracle I am now level 29 and I have really no clue where should I just put my skills here are my stats and skills where I putted it yet. I have another question is Arcane Lore really that good or is it just waste of points?

Primarily, oracles will have points in squall, the nimbus line, the liche king and thunderball. Then you choose between ternion, ice shards or chain lightning (with near -100% recharge).
